Step #1

After downloading the SE_Setup_xxx.exe file to your Computer double click on it.

Step #2

Follow the instructions in the Installation Wizard.

Step #3

Open the program via the desktop icon.

Step #4

Select the 'Buy' or 'Trial' option and complete your details to register.

Tips:

• Set Internet Explorer as your default browser.
• Make sure User Account Control (UAC) is turned off.

If the installation fails, try rebooting your computer and reinstalling.

• SE will start up
• You will receive an email

Go to Utilities > Authorization Codes > and enter your unique authorization codes.

This is the never ending story of so called Samsung software engineers. Samsung plasma tv ps43d450 software update. I tried also to follow a tip to put all the files in a root directory with no success. I too have the same problem but it is not the first time nor will it be the last,if it is not a c--k up in this software it is a c--k up in software for another model of tv or blu ray player/theatre system.
