So I did the opposite, at least hoping to to see a Save As... screen or a settings screen pop up the next time I hit Print Screen.

To my surprise, hitting Print Screen (after reversing the directions in the image above) did nothing. Now all I had to do was edit my image capture profile in Snagit and I'm back in business!
